Refund Policy

This policy governs the terms of refunding payments made as part of the preorder program for the Sinbad aircraft kit, developed and offered by GRAD Aeronaut LLC ("the Company").

1. Refund Eligibility
The Customer is entitled to request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the project has not yet entered the production preparation stage.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@gradaeronaut.com.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 calendar days.

2. Non-Refundability After 14 Days
After 14 calendar days from the date of payment, the preorder amount becomes non-refundable.
This applies to all participation levels (Explorer / Pioneer / Founder / Visionary), except as specified in Section 3 of this Policy.

3. Project Cancellation by the Company
All funds paid within the preorder program are considered non-refundable, except in cases of technical impossibility to fulfill obligations due to the fault of GRAD Aeronaut, and only if sufficient unspent funds remain.
The Company will determine, at its sole discretion, the amount of any possible partial refund, taking into account:
  • expenses related to the organization of production processes,
  • manufacturing costs,
  • costs of engineering and design development,
  • marketing, support, and communication expenses,
  • logistical and administrative overhead.

4. Additional Terms
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction or banking fees deducted by payment providers are non-refundable.
  • In case of any dispute, the final decision on refunds rests with GRAD Aeronaut LLC.
