Refund Policy

This policy governs the terms of refunding payments made as part of the preorder program for the Sinbad aircraft kit, developed and offered by GRAD Aeronaut LLC ("the Company").

1. Refund Eligibility
The Customer is entitled to request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the project has not yet entered the production preparation stage and no irreversible costs have been incurred.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@gradaeronaut.com. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 calendar days and returned to the original payment method. Any transaction or banking fees deducted by payment providers are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundability After 14 Days
All funds paid as part of the preorder program shall be considered non-refundable after 14 calendar days, except in the case of project cancellation or technical impossibility to fulfill obligations due to the fault of GRAD Aeronaut.

3. Project Cancellation by the Company
In the event of cancellation of the project, or technical impossibility to fulfill obligations due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, the Company will determine, at its sole discretion, the amount of any possible partial refund.
Such determination will take into account the following categories of expenses already incurred:
  • organization and preparation of production processes,
  • manufacturing costs,
  • engineering and design development,
  • marketing, support, and communication,
  • logistical and administrative overhead.
The amount of the refund, if any, shall be based on the remaining unspent funds and the portion of the order value paid by the Customer.

4. Final Authority
In the event of any dispute regarding the applicability of a refund, the final decision shall rest solely with GRAD Aeronaut LLC.
